bdbg Terms and Conditions

General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing use of the bdbg platform and website bdbg.lat ("Service"). This agreement is established between the user ("you" or "Member") and the company operating bdbg ("we", "us").

bdbg operates an online gaming platform for members in Bangladesh, which includes live casino, slot machines, fishing games and cricket betting services. By agreeing to these terms you agree to comply with all the rules and regulations set out here.

Acceptance and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the bdbg platform:

For large withdrawals or security purposes, bdbg may verify your national identity card, bank statement or mobile banking details. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the bdbg platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come only from your own valid mobile banking or bank account.
• Payments in a third party's name will not be accepted.
• Once a deposit is completed it is generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the depositor's own registered payment method.
• Applicable withdrawals may be held until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• bdbg reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud is suspected or KYC is incomplete.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Wagering requirement to use the bonus: 25 times (deposit plus bonus).
• Each member may receive this bonus once only.
• Once a bonus is claimed it cannot be cancelled.
• If a member wishes to play with their deposit directly without receiving a bonus, they must inform customer support before the bonus is posted.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

bdbg offers weekly cashback across three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Members can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular play. Cashback for each tier is credited to the eligible account every Monday.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions — see the promotions page for details.
• bdbg reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbg platform and violations will result in account cancellation as well as applicable legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or family.
• Fraud, fraudulent payments or initiating chargebacks.
• Bonus abuse or applying bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Using computer scripts, bots or automation software.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or disclosing other members' personal information.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbg website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases and compilations — is covered by the intellectual property rights of bdbg or its respective licensors.

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or modifying any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
• A limited and non-transferable licence is granted for personal and non-commercial use.
• Game software is owned by the respective game providers and operated under their licences.

Limitation of Liability

bdbg makes every effort to provide a continuous and secure service. However, bdbg is not liable in the following situations:

• Technical faults, server outages or internet connection problems.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment processors.
• Damage caused by issues with the member's own device or network.
• Situations arising from unexpected game errors or software bugs.
• Force majeure — natural disasters, war, pandemics or government directives.

In any situation, bdbg's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

Responsible Gaming

bdbg gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — do not rely on it as a source of income.

Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by bdbg

bdbg may suspend or permanently close any account without notice for the following reasons:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud or misconduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Direction from a court or government authority.

10.2 Closure by Member

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our customer service. All pending withdrawals must be processed before the closure is completed.
